Q: What kind of camera do you use? I currently use a Canon EOS 1200D. It is on the lower end cost wise for DSLR Cameras but it is highly effective. I have not convinced myself to make the plunge to spend $2499 on the Canon EOS 5D Mark III, but if you want to be a lamb and my new bae, you can buy it for me here. (Daddy, if you are reading this, be the lamb. Thanks!)

Q: What kind of lens do you use? My lens that I prefer is my 50mm/f1.8 lens. It's so fetch! lol. Do people still say fetch? If they don't, I do and my 50mm lens is so friggin' fetch! I also use a 18-55mm kit lens because it's cheap and it gets the job done. If you want to be a lamb and buy my dream lens and send it to me, it's a 24-70mm/f2.8 and you can do so here.

Q: What kind of lighting do you use? I use the lighting that Jesus gives everyone in my neighborhood on the day that I cook along with the electricity that I use and pay for every month.

Q: Where do your recipes come from? Am I allowed to use your recipes? My recipes belong to me. They once belonged to my granny, great-grandmom and/or great aunt but they are now deceased and they belong to me. I have changed and tweaked them all, added some salt, worked out all the kinks and cried tears as I practiced them in my kitchen with Tevin Campbell playing in the background. Just know that my recipes are MY property. You may use them as long as you give me proper credit. Proper Credit means that if you repost my recipe on your site, you must re-write in your own words. It also means, you should link that recipe back to humblebeginningsfood.com 

Q: What about your cookies? Can I get the recipe? OMG! My cookies are E-V-E-R-Y-Thing. No you can not have the recipe. They sell out very quickly and they are only made in limited batches because I make E-V-E-R-Y-Thing but the flour from scratch.

Q: Where's the shellfish? Hopefully, Mr. Crabs and Shelly Shrimp are still swimming in the ocean or gulf. I'll never cook any shellfish due to my severe and life threatening food allergy. It's the only thing keeping me from going on MasterChef. I can't even be around them without my throat itching. 

Q: What are the staples in your kitchen? I'm a sucker for Organic Grade AA Brown Eggs, Real Cheese (not that pre-shredded shit -- excuse my french, but I'm so serious), Heavy Cream, KerryGold Salted Butter, Fresh Salmon, Whole Chicken, White Pepper, Smoked Paprika, all of the herbs and Jesus! I gotta have Jesus in my kitchen otherwise I'd eat everything and encourage you to do the same!
